Account

To create an account on fbazi, you'll need: an active Bangladeshi mobile number, a valid email address, and your National ID details for verification. Registration is free and takes just 3–5 minutes.

No, each person is only permitted one fbazi account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or national ID will result in all accounts being permanently suspended and any balance may be forfeited.

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and you'll receive an OTP or a reset link. Use it to set a new password. The reset link is typically valid for 15 minutes.

fbazi verifies the identity of every user in accordance with regulatory requirements. Withdrawals will be limited without KYC verification. To complete verification, upload a photo of your national ID and a selfie from your account settings. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

To close your account, email support@fbazi.click or contact us via live chat. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. If you need a break for responsible gaming reasons, you can also use the "Self-Exclusion" option.

fbazi offers new members a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit — deposit ৳1,000 and get another ৳1,000 in bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To qualify, your first deposit must be made within 72 hours of registration. Terms and conditions apply.

A Wagering Requirement means you need to place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing your bonus funds. At fbazi, this is typically 10x to 20x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a 1,000 BDT bonus with a 10x requirement, you'll need to wager 10,000 BDT before the bonus can be withdrawn. Requirements vary by offer, so make sure to read the promotions page carefully.

fbazi offers regular members cashback on their daily losses. Typically, 5% to 10% of the previous day's net losses is credited to your account the following morning. Cashback is applied automatically — no separate request needed. The maximum cashback amount depends on your account tier.

fbazi uses Decimal Odds by default, which is the most straightforward format for users in Bangladesh. For example, with odds of 2.50, a ৳100 bet returns ৳250 if you win — that's ৳150 in profit. You can change your odds format anytime from Account Settings. To learn more, Analytics Page View.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake for that bet will be refunded to your account. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours. For Accumulator bets, the cancelled match is removed and the remaining selections are recalculated.
App

Get the fbazi app directly from Download Page Available for Android users as an APK download. iOS users can install the PWA by opening Safari and selecting "Add to Home Screen". While the app isn't listed on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, it is fully safe and functional.

This is a standard Android security warning. To resolve it:
  • Go to Settings > Security or Privacy on your phone
  • Enable "Install Unknown Apps" or "Unknown Sources"
  • Allow permission only during the fbazi APK installation
  • You can turn it off again after installation
